Cancellation eligibility, cutoff time and deduction depend on the selected dated trip, owner, fare and service. The portal displays the applicable calculation before final confirmation.

Partial cancellation

Where supported, individual passengers or journey segments may be cancelled without cancelling the entire parent booking. Remaining seats and fares keep their own status.

Refund destination

Approved refunds are normally returned according to the original payment method or configured settlement method after reconciliation.

Operational cancellation

If Asian Bus or an operator cancels a trip, the available replacement, reschedule or refund option will be communicated according to the recorded trip status.

Cargo cancellation

Independent cargo bookings follow cargo-specific acceptance, loading, handling and cancellation rules and do not depend on passenger ticket cancellation.
