Accurate booking details

Passengers must provide correct journey, passenger and contact information and must verify the selected trip, boarding point, date and seat before payment.

Booking confirmation

A payment attempt alone does not confirm a seat. Confirmation occurs only after gateway verification and successful inventory commitment. A failed or expired hold does not reserve a seat.

Travel and conduct

Passengers must carry required identification, follow lawful Crew directions and avoid carrying prohibited goods. Service may be affected by traffic, weather, mechanical or regulatory conditions.

Independent cargo

Luggage, parcel and bike transport can be booked without passenger travel. Separate capacity, pricing, documentation, acceptance and claims rules apply.
